Cox Subscription Cancellation
If you want to cancel your Cox subscription, you have a few options. You can call customer service and provide them with your contract number and personal details. Then, you can request for your internet service to be cancelled and ask for confirmation. Alternatively, you can follow the steps below to cancel your streaming subscription service through your Contour receiver:
- Access the applications screen on your Contour receiver. Refer to Accessing the Apps on a Contour Receiver.
- Using the arrow buttons, highlight the streaming service to cancel, then press OK.
- Using the arrow buttons, highlight Manage My Subscriptions, then press OK.
- Using the arrow buttons, highlight Unsubscribe, then press OK.
Please note that Cox services come with a cancellation fee on a one-year contract or a two-year contract if you end service before your contract expires. But your cancellation fee gets lowered by $10 for every month you stay on your contract. For example, your cancellation fee would go down by $60 after six months.
